A booking can only be reserved successfully when placed at least 2 business days in advance.

You are allowed to cancel your booking not later than 2 business days before your schedule. *

Your inquiries for the consultation must be sent not later than 2 days before your schedule to confirm your booking. ^

You have 10 minutes from the start of your scheduled session to notify the consultant of your late participation. +

You and the consultant are allowed each to reschedule the session once, but only in unforeseen & disastrous events. The notice should be sent not later than 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. ⍭

No show or abandonment occurs when you or the consultant failed to notify the other party of late participation or request for rescheduling. ~

* Any cancellation past this cancellation window prior to the schedule is considered late cancellation. Late cancellation only guarantees a 50-80% refund of the paid amount. All cancellation requests after the scheduled session will be considered invalid without refund.

^ Unconfirmed booking are automatically cancelled and any refund claim for paid bookings shall be considered as dispute. All booking disputes must be sent to inquiry@plethoryt.com before the scheduled session. Otherwise, the booking will be considered abandoned without refund.

+ By default, your consultant will wait for 15 minutes for you to join the meeting before the session is called 'abandoned by client'. This act of no show will automatically end the session with valid charges and you will not be qualified for any refund. If, in any rare instance, that your consultant failed to notify you of late participation within the 10-minute window, you shall be qualified for 100% refund and you must inform us about this act of no show by your consultant.Any rescheduling request after this window time will be considered invalid. You may still be able to attend the meeting late provided you follow the protocol for late participation.

⍭ In case you and the consultant failed to agree on another schedule and neither expresses a desire to rebook, the following resolution shall apply:

• a recording of the presentation shall be made available to you by the consultant/affiliate within the next 48 hours after the schedule. You shall only be qualified for 100% refund if the consultant fails to provide the recording on time. Otherwise, you also have the option to request a late cancellation provided you follow the protocol for late cancellation.

~ When a session has been abandoned by a client, the charges will be considered valid without eligibility for refund. However, in rare instance, that a consultant abandons the session, the client shall be entitled for 100% refund. Appropriate actions will be taken to prevent abandonment in the future.
