This policy delineates the terms, conditions, and guidelines that govern your participation in our referral program. As an integral part of the Plethoryt community, your commitment to our mission and vision is crucial. Whether you're an esteemed client, an invited individual, or an accomplished affiliate, this policy outlines the expectations and benefits associated with being a referral partner.

Your adherence to these policies contributes to the integrity of our community and facilitates a mutually beneficial partnership. We appreciate your commitment to Plethoryt and look forward to a rewarding collaboration through our referral program.
1. Introduction and Eligibility:
A referral partner is an essential stakeholder of Plethoryt. Plethoryt's referral program allows each account to possess only one active referral code, with approval for the referral partnership at the discretion of Plethoryt. The qualification to become a referral partner are:
Believe in the mission and vision of Plethoryt.
Must have clear plans for referral strategies.
Must be at least 18 years old.
You must be one of the following:
A client, with at least 1 completed order.
An individual who has been invited by Plethoryt to join as a referral partner.
An affiliate who has completed at least one project. Plethoryt reserves the right to accept, allow, deny, or reject referral partnership applications based on its own assessment.
2. Partnership Management:
Plethoryt acknowledges and rewards referrals with a range of benefits, including but may not be limited to cash incentives and discounts on Plethoryt offerings, which are subject to policies outline herein. However, the termination of a referral partnership with Plethoryt results in the forfeiture of pending rewards, current total and upcoming points, and other benefits associated with the referral account. Account suspension entails the freezing of transactions, and all subsequent activities are prohibited or canceled. The referral program operates within the confines of Plethoryt's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and other relevant policies governing the use of Plethoryt, its services, products, and programs. Any violation may lead to the termination of your referral account.
3. Referral Account Operations:
All referral accounts must be initiated, requested, or issued exclusively through Plethoryt. A minimum of 50 points is required for reward redemption, with a monthly maximum cap of 1000 points to ensure equitable resource usage. Inactivity (no new referrals) within 3 months may lead to the termination or suspension of accounts, subject to Plethoryt's discretion. Any referral account that referred a total of >3 users/clients that got suspended due to violations of Plethoryt’s policies will be suspended or terminated.
4. Reward Redemption and Limitations:
Users can redeem rewards based on the availability of points for the intended claim. The system may impose limits on the number and types of rewards, as well as restrict access to the redemption page in case of insufficient points or policy violations. Plethoryt is not responsible and should not be held liable for the unavailability of specific rewards, and the points equivalent for each reward can be changed without notice.
5. Referral Code Usage and Responsibilities:
Referral codes, referral accounts, and user referrals cannot be sold, transferred, modified, or used for illegal purposes, for creating a competing program, or for any malicious act. They cannot be used for marketing and commercial purposes without explicit approval in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Plethoryt. In addition, you agree and undertake that:
Your referral code can't be used for your own user account.
One referral account can only be given an active one referral code; multiple codes for one referral account are not allowed.
Referred accounts suspended due to policy violations will be removed from the record and considered unreferred. All corresponding points will not be invalidated and will not be added to your account’s total points.
A referral code can only be applied once by a user on Plethoryt’s Dashboard. No other method of application is allowed or permitted.
After a referred user submits the referral code, no more changes to the answer or the referral code are allowed.
The referral code can be applied only through the process elaborated on the website; other means or outdated methods will not be considered.
6. Reward Redemption Conditions and Point Calculation:
Rewards can only be redeemed on Plethoryt’s reward redemption page; no other means of redemption are allowed. To redeem rewards, the following must be met:
Unclaimed points within a year from referred user sign-up date may result in the cancellation of the corresponding points. The request for redeeming a reward has a maximum execution or render time of 15 days. If you did not receive your reward within this timeframe, please send your follow-up at inquiry@plethoryt.com. 1X referral is equivalent to 10 points. One active referral with or without completed project is equivalent to 1X. Points from a referred user can only be added to the referral account only once. Points from a referred user account that have been redeemed can no longer be used and will no longer be active (will be removed) from the account.
7. Referred User Reward
Referred user will be rewarded automatically through discount on the first confirmed order through the Dashboard. Referral discount will no longer be available on the succeeding orders, regardless if the order from the first request has been used or cancelled. Referred user reward is subject to Limited Use Policy.
